A recurring bill is a bill that Haibooks will automatically generate regularly over a specified period of time. Recurring bills are convenient to use when, for instance, you purchase services or products on a regular basis. Learn how to manage Bills and how to manage Bills Credit Notes.

How do I Add a Recurring Bill ?

  • Select Purchases from the sidebar menu and then Recurring Bills from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on Add New at the top right of your bills and then select Add Bill.

  • Learn about how to complete the form details of a bill here.

  • Select Set Up Recurring Bill. Learn how to complete the fields here.

  • Select Save when finished.


  • Select Save and Approve to finish the recurring bill. The system will display it under the Recurring Bills tab.

How do I View and Edit a Recurring Bill ?

  • Select Purchases from the side bar menu and Recurring Bills from the drop-down menu.

  • Select the recurring bill you wish to view or edit.

  • Select Edit Recurring Bill.

  • Make your changes and then select Save and Approve.
