The Dividends section is a list of the dividends your company pays to your shareholders. You can add new dividends or edit and filter existing entries by shareholders and by period. You can also add notes and files to your Dividend. Learn how to Manage Dividends and how to create a New Dividend.

How do I access my Dividends ?

  • To navigate to the Dividends page, select Accounting from the sidebar menu and then Dividends from the drop-down menu.

How do I Filter my Shareholders ?

  • On your Dividends page, select Filter to expand the filter.

  • Reference will show all the shareholders who have been paid dividends.

  • Select Contains and you can search by name.

  • To filter dividends by period select the calendar symbol

How do I view the Total Amount of a Dividend ?

  • Select Accounting from the sidebar menu and then Dividends from the drop-down menu.

  • Click on the Dividend where you want to see the total amount.

  • The balance of dividends, which is the amount you’ve paid to your shareholders, is displayed under Total Amount.

How do I Create a New Dividend ?

  • You can add new dividends by selecting the Add Dividend button.

How do I Create a Note in a Dividend ?

  • Select the Dividend where you want to add a note.

  • Select the Notes tab in the Dividend Overview page.

  • Click on Create New.

  • Give a title to the note and write the message and then click on Add Note.

  • The notes feature allows you to write custom notes for this dividend. Write as many notes as you wish.

How do I Add a File to a Dividend ?

  • Select the Dividend where you want to add a file.

  • Select the Files tab in the Dividend Overview page.

  • Click on Add Files.

  • Either upload files from an external device or select one of the files you have already uploaded to hAIbooks.

You can upload files in these formats: .pdf, .xls, .txt, .png, .gif, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .ods, .xlsx, .csv.

The maximum file size is 15 Mb (2 Mb kb).
