In Haibooks, you can create a transaction from Banking. You can use this feature in the system when either you don't have bank feeds connected or when you have deleted a bank feed by error.

How to add a transaction ?

  • First you must select Banking from the side bar menu to access the page.

  • Click on Reconcile Transactions.

  • Then select Manage Account and then click on Add Transaction.

  • Choose a Date, select the Transaction Type and enter a description.

  • Select an Account Type, choose the correct VAT rate and enter the Net, VAT and Total Amount.

  • Click on Attach File if you wish to attach a document from your device.

  • When you are happy with the transaction, click on Save.
