In Haibooks, you can create a transaction from Banking. You can use this feature in the system when either you don't have bank feeds connected or when you have deleted a bank feed by error.
How to add a transaction ?
First you must select Banking from the side bar menu to access the page.
Click on Reconcile Transactions.
Then select Manage Account and then click on Add Transaction.
Choose a Date, select the Transaction Type and enter a description.
Select an Account Type, choose the correct VAT rate and enter the Net, VAT and Total Amount.
Click on Attach File if you wish to attach a document from your device.
When you are happy with the transaction, click on Save.
