In Receipts, you can archive a receipt so you don't have to delete it completely from the system. It is possible to restore a receipt if a mistake was made. Learn how to Navigate in Receipts and how to Import a Receipt.

How do I Archive a Receipt ?

  • To access the page click on Receipts from the sidebar menu.

  • Select the Reviewed tab.

  • There are two ways to archive a receipt.

  • Either individually by clicking on the button with three dots of the receipt you want to archive. Click on Archive.

  • Or in bulk by ticking the tick box at the top left and click on Archive.

  • In both cases you must confirm the action by clicking on Yes and your receipt will be archived in the Archived tab.

How do I Restore a Receipt ?

  • On your Receipts page, select the Archived tab.

  • There are two ways to restore a receipt.

  • Either individually by clicking on the button with three dots of the receipt you want to restore. Click on Restore.

  • Or in bulk by ticking the tick box at the top left and click on Restore.

  • In both cases you must confirm the action by clicking on Yes and your receipt will be restored in the Reviewed tab.
